Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 19, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before listing or purchasing.
01. General Agreement
Welcome to Tanshi Auto (“the Platform”), operated by Tanshi Digital. By accessing our services, listing vehicles, or submitting enquiries, you (“User”, “Dealer”, or “Partner”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tanshi Auto.
02. Brokerage & Commission Policy
Standard Platform Rate
2.0% Commission Fee
Tanshi Auto operates as an authorized digital vehicle broker. A standard commission fee of **2.0%** of the final agreed sale price is enforced on all transactions closed through buyer introductions generated, referred, or facilitated by our platform.
Any attempt by a Dealership or Private Seller to close a referred lead off-platform or bypass the 2.0% commission fee is a direct violation of our partner SLA. In such cases, Tanshi Auto reserves the right to suspend the offending party's inventory feed and terminate platform showroom access.
03. Official Referral Certificates
When a buyer submits a vehicle enquiry or reservation through the Tanshi Auto contact portal, an **Official Referral Certificate** carrying a unique Verification ID and QR code is instantly issued.
- Proof of Brokerage: Presenting this certificate to the dealership acts as binding evidence of Tanshi Auto's broker introduction.
- Validation Requirement: Dealerships are legally required to scan the certificate's QR code or record the Verification Code at checkout to link the sale in our ledger.
04. Escrow & Reservation Deposits
To secure hot listings and prevent double-selling, buyers may submit a **Refundable Commitment Deposit** directly to Tanshi Auto's central escrow portal.
- Hold Period: Upon payment, the selected vehicle is locked and marked as “Reserved” for 48 hours.
- Net Payouts: Upon confirmation of a completed transaction, Tanshi Auto forwards the escrowed funds to the dealer **net of our 2.0% broker commission**.
- Cancellations: If the vehicle inspection fails or the deal falls through during the lock period, Tanshi Auto refunds the buyer 100% of their deposit.
05. Limitation of Liability
While Tanshi Auto actively verifies dealerships and listing quality, the Platform is not a direct party to the vehicle physical condition or registration deeds. Buyers are strongly encouraged to carry out mechanical checks before authorizing final payments.
